Order Placement
We recommend placing all orders online through our Shop by Products and Shop by Accessories navigation on the left. Orders can be placed via telephone by dialing (800) PENTA-1-5 or (650) 877-1555. You can also fax in the retail order placement form to (650) 877-9555.

We ship our products worldwide. Please refer to the payment and shipping information on methods of payment, shipping charges, lead time, and delivery information.

Our extensive product guarantees and limited lifetime warranty demonstrate our confidence in our products that we provide. However, if the flashlight fails to perform as a result of defective materials or workmanship covered under our limited lifetime warranty, please refer to our return policy for sending the defective product to PentagonLight™ for service or replacement. All products must first be authorized by PentagonLight™ before returning and may be subjected to restocking fees.
