A: If the o-ring is cut when you first received the light, please contact PentagonLight™ Customer Service Department within 10 days of purchasing the light. We will gladly send you a replacement o-ring at no charge. A dated proof of purchase is required. Otherwise, if the o-rings are worn out, you can get a Field Mainenance Kit that contains a full set of o-rings for replacement. In addition to the replacement o-rings, the kit also contains other essential items for servicing the light, including grease for the o-rings.
