A: Most of our front lens are replaceable if it is cracked or shattered completely. If the lens is cracked or shattered completely when you first received the light, please contact PentagonLight™ Customer Service Department within 10 days of purchasing the light. We will gladly send you a replacement lens at no charge. A dated proof of purchase is required, otherwise, you can purchase a Replacement Lens for replacing the cracked lens. You will need to identify the light you have in order to obtain the correct size of replacement lens. Alternatively, you can also consider getting a Field Mainenance Kit. In addition to the replacement lens, the kit also contains other essential items for servicing the light.
