PentagonLight™ has built the Integrated Weapon Mount Tactical Illumination Systems from ground up for rifle mounting. These tactical lights are some of the best built in the market today with high intensity light output and advanced features. A tightly integrated throw lever weapon mount from A.R.M.S. ensures reliability, ease of maintenance, with low profile and compact form factor for direct mounting of the light to a Picatinny 1913 rail. There are two lines: MS-Series and MD-Series.
Every light in the MS-Series features a powerful light source utilizing either high pressure xenon gas incandescent bulb or electronically regulated Luxeon LED as the light source. Depending on your mission requirement, select MS2 Xenon Light for its light weight, compact form factor or MS3R Xenon Light for more power and for achieving longer distance, especially for meeting outdoor security needs. For close quarter scenarios, such as room-to-room searches and for providing indoor security, MS2 LED Light features a recoil-proof and shock-proof Luxeon LED as the light source. The LED has high power efficiency which will not have a sharp cutoff of the light output as with incandescent gas bulbs when the battery power has diminished.
In addition to the primary light, the MD-Series is our flagship weapon mounted light, featuring an offset laser or a low visibility side LED light. MD2 Xenon LaserLight is a popular choice for SWAT teams as its compact form factor allows high maneuverability. The red offset laser can be easily triggered via thumb action, while the primary light is activated with its remote pressure pad switch. The laser not only provides target assistance, its tactical use as a mean for threat deterrence neutralizes further conflicts. Alternatively, MD2 LED LaserLight uses a shockproof Luxeon LED as its primary light source, perfect for close quarter battle. If greater light output and longer ranger are preferred, consider MD3R Xenon LaserLight which has a primary light that provides 135 lumens of powerful light output. Together with its offset laser, MD3R is our top of the line tactical light for field tactical operators and snipers.
Since 9-volt lights are longer in length, PentagonLight™ also provides front mount configuration such as in MS3F Xenon Light and MD3F Xenon Light where the mount is positioned near the front of the light, enabling the light to be mounted ergonomically better on short barrel guns such Uzi/MP5 and other submachine guns.
Breaking away from tradition, the new Stealth AssaultLight Series resolves some of the most common drawbacks of remote cord pressure pad switches. Without the cord, AssaultLight completely eliminates any possibility of cord entanglement when tactical operators navigate swiftly through building obstacles during tactical assault. The offset integrated mount provides a direct and positive operation of the light via the tail-cap switch.
If extended or heavy gun-mount usage is limited, then both X2-HA Xenon Light and X3-HA Xenon Light are popular among SWAT teams for use as handheld lights during field searches or forced entry assault. These lights also feature shock isolation with battery compartmentalization for protecting the bulb during recoil, making them acceptable for mounting to weapons using conventional weapon mounts.
