The L2D Mariner features
12 amber color LED's surrounding the main Luxeon light source.
Shines just like any fog lights of a car, these 5-mm LED's
produce a smooth amber light best for increasing visibility
in dense fog and heavy smoke. Therefore, the Mariner is best
recommended for sailors on the high sea and coastguards on
the seashores where fog from sea mist is all too often. The
S3 24-LED Light is a perfect
alternative to the Mariner for closer but wider coverage of
illumination. Its unique mixture of 20 white and 4 amber 5-mm
LED's enhances the specularity of objects at night for improving
visibility and furthers its penetration through fog and smoke.
The X4 Xenon Light
is a must for any boats on the high sea. Its 2.5" wide
reflector collimates 250 lumens of photons into a straight
beam of powerful light that can project far into the treacherous
sea.
