Dealer Order Placement
The PentagonLight™ Sales Organization oversees domestic
order placements from our dealers. Please contact our Sales Department for product specifications, pricing, and dealership information. Our regional sales representatives are available for assistance in product selection and order placements. International dealers should contact PentagonLight™ directly. PentagonLight™ dealers can download the Dealer Order Placement Form for tabulation and placing the order by fax.
For domestic retailers, a minimal openning order for establishing PentagonLight™ product line is required. Please contact
PentagonLight™ for the latest pricing and discounts.
PentagonLight™ is receptive to co-marketing and other
branding efforts. Please contact PentagonLight™ Marketing
Department for any joint marketing opportunities and mass
branding ventures.
Packaging
PentagonLight™ products are shipped in Bulk or in Configuration
Packages to its dealers:
Bulk Cartons

Configuration Packages
Each configuration packages is composed of a mixture of PentagonLight™
products most suitable for a particular market segment. PentagonLight™
provides Hunter Pack, Military Surplus Pack, Outdoor Pack,
Law Enforcement Pack, and several other packages that best
target your customer needs. Please refer to PentagonLight™
Configuration Package Information for selection of Configuration
Packages and the composition of each package.
Dealer Application
PPentagonLight™ values ighly of its dealers including
both distributors and retailers, in the domestic or international
markets. We ship world-wide to all five continents and maintain
close relationship with mass distributors around the world.
We provide the highest level of supports and attend carefully
to the needs of our dealers. PentagonLight™ has a manufacturing
capacity that meets the demanding volume of mass distributors,
but we also ship to retail stores as that is where we receive
the most direct feedbacks from the customers for generating
new product ideas. A structuralized pricing scheme is implemented
to engender harmonization among all dealers. If you are interested

application form and we will contact you shortly to welcome
you to join us in providing the most exciting illumination
tools that everyone is talking about. All dealers must comply
to PentagonLight™'sminimal advertised pricing policy,
which we will enforce without exception to maintain a healthy
yet competitive distribution network. New dealers should therefore
download and complete the PentagonLight™
Advertising and Sales Agreement. If you plan to advertise
and sell on the Internet, please also download and complete
PentagonLight™
Internet Advertising and Sales Agreement. Fax the signed
agreements to Pentagon Scientific Corporation at (650) 259-1311.
Dealer Payment
and Credit Terms
For domestic dealers, PentagonLight™ accepts Visa/MasterCard,
direct wire transfer, or COD check payments prior to shipments.
PentagonLight™ also provides Net 30-Day credit to dealers
who meet Pentagon Scientific Corporation's credit criteria.
Please download
the credit application form and fax to PentagonLight™
at (650) 259-1311 to request for credit approval prior to
arranging any shipment. A credit processing fee is required
and will be added to the first shipment. For net order in
a shipment of less than US$100, a handling fee of US$5 will
be applied.
For international dealers with volume orders, PentagonLight™
requires a 50% deposit received before production is commenced
or shipment arrangement is made. The remaining 50% balance
must be received before the merchandise is released. The prices
quoted do not include any possible tariff, shipping, custom,
and/or other required fees unless otherwise explicitly noted.
Terms
of Sales Agreement
- Order placements made with PentagonLight™ assumes
the purchaser fully understand and will comply with all
terms in this sale agreement.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and are in
force only at the time of the receipt of the order by PentagonLight™.
Prices are given free of any taxes, shipping costs, or other
handling fees. Any taxes or tariff to be paid in compliance
with the U.S. regulations, or those of an importing country
or a country of transit are to be born by the dealer.
- Although every effort have been made to ensure the accuracy
of the descriptions and the pricing in the catalog and the
price sheets, PentagonLight™ is not liable for any
typographical errors in the published materials. Please
check with PentagonLight™ on the product specifications
and pricing before finalizing orders.
- All products will be shipped at earliest date possible.
Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon prompt
receipt of all necessary information from the dealer. PentagonLight™
will notify the dealer promptly of any merchandise delay
and will specify the revised delivery date as soon as practicable.
Shipping charges are prepaid by the dealer and totaled in
the invoice. Any additional transportation expenses are
paid by the dealer unless otherwise agreed. The risk of
loss or damage shall fall upon the dealer, whose responsibility
it shall be to file claims with the carrier. Any prepaid
freight will be billed at published rate unless otherwise
agreed in writing by PentagonLight™.
- Your satisfaction is our priority. Please call (650) 697-5505
for our Customer Service Department, who will provide advice
and issue an authorization number if it is necessary to
return an item. The return authorization number should accompany
any returned items to assure proper credit. All return merchandise
must be shipped freight prepaid and is subject to a 15%
restocking fee. However, returned merchandise will be subject
to inspection and test by PentagonLight™, and a final
determination as to whether any adjustment is due will be
made by PentagonLight™.
- Unless major design changes have been made, the features,
the design, and the performances in the catalog and the
price sheets may change without notice.
- Please contact PentagonLight™ Sales Department for
information on dealer and distributor qualifications. We
welcome domestic and international agencies to join our
efforts in providing the latest breakthroughs in illumination
technologies to the consumers.
- Finance charges of 1.5% per month will apply on all past
due invoices. The Finance Charges are computed by a Periodic
Rate of 1.5% PER MONTH with an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of
18% applied to the unpaid balance including prior Finance
Charges after deducting current payments on the previous
balance. All fees including reasonable attorney fees will
be borne by the company should PentagonLight™ incur
such costs in connection with collecting monies due it.
- Any customized products such as purchaser branding or
special designs require 50% deposits made before production
commencement. The remaining balance must be received before
shipment is released.
